Introduction to Personality Dimensions

  • Learn about personality colours (own and others)
  • Recognize differences between Introverts and Extroverts
  • Analyse values, preferences, stressors
  • Discover potential problem areas within and between temperament groups

Add Application Sessions (3 hours each) include topics on:

  • CONFLICT: How I create conflict with others; How others create conflict with me; and Ways to avoid or resolve conflict
  • TEAMBUILDING: My contributions to a team, My potential weaknesses or liabilities to a team; How I like to be rewarded
  • LEADERSHIP: Strengths of my leadership style in working with each colour; Potential weaknesses of my leadership style in working with each colour
  • EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS: Communication strengths; Communication difficulties; Steps to improve
  • CAREER PLANNING: Key strengths I bring to the workplace; Things to definitely avoid in a Job; Special Interests
  • RETIREMENT PLANNING: Reminds you of your values, personal strengths, concerns, interests, relationship preferences, and philosophical view as reflected in your responses to the Retirement Dimensions instrument

Trainees can complete an on line assessment prior to the Introductory workshop to deepen the experiential portion of the session.
