One Simple Thing Program (Vancouver)

One Simple Thing Program (Vancouver)

Right now there is one simple thing that you can focus on to transform your business. We can help you find it.

Program leaders Ambrose Merrell and Hillary Samson focus on helping you discover the one thing that will have a huge impact on your business if you concentrate your energy on it. It’s not easy to find, but it is certainly there.

Conducted in small group cohorts of 8 participants, this in-person, deep dive into your business starts with identification of what is the most important thing for you to focus on in the next 6 weeks--entrepreneurial mindset, strategy or operations--and supports you in defining and implementing the step-by-step action items to get you there. This course is intended for leaders of businesses in operation for at least one year.

Held in Vancouver, BC for three hours per week, you will receive over 18 hours of coaching, training and invaluable advice on the critical thing you need to focus on to run and grow your business, from people who have been there, done that.

Your Board of Advisors

Your fellow entrepreneurs and program leaders will act as your Board of Advisors, supporting each other in major decisions that will change how you do business. Experience a ready-made community that contains a wealth and breadth of business knowledge that you can use each week. With in-person sessions, additional meetings with the other program participants, and email support throughout the program, you will learn both from telling the story of your progress, and from listening and contributing to insights and solutions for the other entrepreneurs.
